Over the years of working in retail beauty and the spa industry, I was taught from the first day of working for Clinique (part of the ESTEE LAUDER Corporation) to use the consultation tools to close the sale. From here I became one of the strongest client services in sales within the retail sector with every company I worked for and translated that in later years as an area manager and state manager.

I found working for distributors in the professional sector sales was not a focus within salons or clinics. Clinics and salons have more in-depth knowledge about their clients, but lack utilising this information in maximising the best for their clients and business.

The question I have had in the past is “should I charge for consultation”. Yes, you should be charging for consultation. WHY should you charge for the consultation?

Systemising the processes that are personalised and bespoke to each client

This will involve three 1-hour sessions where we can discuss and refine what is working and what is not working for your clinic or salon. Every business is a reflection of you the owner and how you see your business and manage your staff and yourself within the business.

Before we start you are given a 1- hour consultation to ensure we can tailor the process to your clinic specifically.

The workshop cost is $150 per session per person

Hour consultation is $50

For group sessions for staff $200 per session

One hour consultation with the owner or manager is $50
