Science is about disproving current science, therefore improving on research that allows advancement for the betterment of human society which can be debatable. Science is debatable and always will be to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Every day I like to spend 15 minutes meditating and giving thanks for the day ahead as I don’t take anything for granted in life and the most powerful part of change is taking ownership of your decisions and being responsible for how you react and act towards others in life.
We are energy and your energy is powerful that we often take for granted, hence habits can be a key factor in seeing change within ourselves.
According to new research … (Duhigg, 2022) Habits, scientists say, emerge because the brain is constantly looking for ways to save effort. The brain will try to make almost any routine into a habit as it allows our minds to ramp down more often. This effort-saving instinct is a huge advantage. An efficient brain requires less room. Small shifts can end patterns, but since we don’t recognise these habit loops as they grow we can be blind to our ability to control them.
Being aware and having the desire to learn is a powerful mindset to have that can shift the world around you. When I read the secret, I always remembered the statement that energy flow is where the energy goes. Let's say this differently, whatever your attention focuses on is where it grows. (Byrne, 2006)
